1 General Terms & Conditions

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated tools.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Ez77 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the reasons listed below. Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting support.

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Without completing KYC verification.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• If you submit a self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses, subject to terms) will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
